Overview
Environmental quality standards and effluent standards for public water bodies (such as rivers, lakes, and coastal waters) are established under the Water Pollution Control Act, the Act on Special Measures Concerning Conservation of Lake Water Quality, and other regulations. Surveys and analyses are conducted to assess current conditions and verify compliance with these standards.
We conduct investigations and analyses covering environmental quality standards for the conservation of the living environment, including pH and biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), as well as standards for the protection of human health, including mercury and cadmium. We also perform analyses of dioxins, water temperature, flow velocity, and other related parameters.

We listen to your requirements, conduct a site inspection, and prepare a survey plan.

Samples are collected using appropriate sampling equipment and divided into containers according to each analysis item to ensure representative sampling.
We also conduct on-site measurements such as water temperature, transparency, and flow velocity.

Samples are pretreated as required and analyzed using appropriate analytical instruments.

We provide results in the format requested by the customer, ranging from certificates of analysis to summary tables and comprehensive reports.

Perfluorooctane sulfonic acid (PFOS) and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) were added to Japan's environmental monitoring items for the protection of human health related to water pollution on May 28, 2020. We are fully equipped to conduct investigations and analyses for these substances.
