The Company has been improving its work environment to help employees balance work and childcare while enabling both men and women to thrive in their careers. In November 2019, we received the third-level "Eruboshi" certification under the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace. We will continue to promote the following initiatives.
Key Initiatives
(1) Achieve a 100% Employee Health Checkup Rate
We aim to maintain a 100% participation rate in annual health examinations and ensure appropriate follow-up based on the examination results.
(2) Health Guidance and Specified Health Guidance
Employees identified as requiring support based on their health examination results are encouraged to receive professional health guidance.
(3) Initiatives to Support Women's Health
We encourage employees to undergo gynecological examinations and promote remote work for employees during pregnancy or while raising children.
(4) Measures to Promote Employees' Physical and Mental Well-being
We encourage regular exercise while promoting shorter working hours, greater use of paid leave, and support for childcare and family caregiving, thereby fostering a workplace where employees can successfully balance work and family life.
(5) Improving Health Literacy
We provide training programs focused on mental health awareness and support.
