Management Policy & Dividend Policy

Management Policy

Today, society faces a wide range of environmental challenges, including global warming, chemical substances that may affect human health, and waste generated by our consumer-oriented society.

As a comprehensive environmental consulting company, we continue to invest in state-of-the-art analytical equipment to meet the growing demand for trace chemical analysis while striving to maintain and improve our technical expertise and quality standards. We also conduct ongoing research and development from both chemical and biological perspectives to address environmental issues.

Based on the technological expertise we have accumulated, our fundamental management policy is to provide recommendations derived from on-site environmental investigations, thereby supporting the environmental conservation activities and risk management efforts of society and our customers while contributing to the sustainable development of Japan's economy.

Dividend Policy

Our basic policy regarding the distribution of profits is to strengthen our financial position and management foundation while providing appropriate returns to our shareholders. Dividends are determined each fiscal year based on business performance, with the aim of meeting shareholders' expectations.

Retained earnings are allocated to investments that support future growth, including research and development and product development, while also enhancing net assets and improving the equity ratio.

As a general policy, the Company aims to pay dividends twice a year, consisting of an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The Board of Directors is responsible for determining dividend payments. In addition, the Company is authorized to pay interim dividends and to distribute surplus based on record dates established by the Board of Directors.
