Construction surplus soil is subject to acceptance criteria established by local governments and receiving facilities, depending on the destination. Compliance with these requirements must be demonstrated before the soil can be accepted. (The surplus soil must comply with the applicable local ordinances and acceptance standards established by the receiving authority or facility.)

- Consultation with the Receiving Facility and Investigation Planning
We prepare an investigation plan that satisfies the acceptance requirements of the receiving facility based on the volume of soil to be transported.
(Some receiving facilities require prior consultation regarding the investigation plan.)

- Sample Collection
Sampling locations are identified, and soil samples are collected using manual excavation or borehole drilling equipment.
The method for selecting sampling locations, sampling depths, and the required number of samples based on site area or excavation volume varies depending on the receiving facility.

- Analysis
Rapid analytical results are provided through GER (Soil Environment Researchers Co., Ltd.), our group company specializing in soil analysis.
Soil Environment Researchers Co., Ltd. is a dedicated analytical laboratory established in May 2018 through a joint venture with our capital and business alliance partner, Field Partners Inc. The laboratory operates specialized analytical lines dedicated to soil and groundwater analysis.

- Submission of Required Documents
If the soil meets the acceptance criteria of the receiving facility, the required documentation is prepared and submitted to the receiving organization.
If the soil does not satisfy the acceptance criteria, we can propose appropriate contaminated soil disposal facilities and recommend additional investigations to reduce the volume of contaminated soil requiring treatment.
