The Environmental Control Center, Co., Ltd. (ECC) is a respected independent multi-disciplinary consulting company which is particularly strong in performing scientific investigations, measurements and analyses of the broad aspects of natural and industrial environments.

ECC was founded in order to provide reliable chemical analyses at a time when Japan began developing its pollution regulations and continued to expand its services as the Japanese regulations broadened. Beginning by specializing in water quality measurements, ECC's services have evolved parallel with the Japanese regulatory requirements into a comprehensive environmental consulting laboratory by continuously expanding its capabilities to include Odor Control (1971), Air Pollution (1972), Aquatic Biology (1974), Environmental Assessments/Investigations (1976), and IAW Measurement Law 123-2 (1976).

Today, ECC is comprised of nine facilities in Hino, Hachioji, Chiba, Saitama, Yamanashi, Hokkaido, Kanagawa and Kyushu. ECC is capable large numbers of chemical, physical and biological analyses for use in:
